wrong timespans_id on old versions on versions page #2021

the snapshots_id is correct, but the timespans_id is wrong in the 'Version ##' links on the versions page. all of the timespans_id= values are for the timespans_id for the latest snapshot. this causes those old versions to be buggy from the links, because the snapshots_id and timespans_id don't agree.
