Extend Registration form with statistical questions

Current Behavior

Right now, the only thing user needs to provide is email, name and password.

Expected Behavior

Reservation form should be extended with additional questions for user's gender, age and profession. These question should be optional and be shown on a separate page right after clicking "Register" button.

Example flow:
Home page -> Fill email, name, passwords -> Register -> App redirects you to the survey page -> Submit -> Redirect to home page

Survey should ask a couple of questions:

• What is your age?
• What is your gender?
• What is your profession?
• ???

These questions will be used only for the statistics purpose during experiments taken during our MSc thesis' prework.
