Resume transfers listed as 'failed' especially large ones

Steps

after
a) mega-get

• transfer starts and have progress info

b) at some point after for some odd reason mega-get command exited/terminated leaving a '.getxfer...mega in the local folder

c) mega-transfers --show-completes
... type: download, tag: , sourcepath: null/empty, destinypath: , progress: 92.65%, of 21GB, state: FAILED

d) tried:

1. mega-trannsfers -r
   -> error: no such tag or something similar
2. mega-get
   -> not logged in
3. login and tried steps 1 and 2 above with the same result
4. original command, a) above, resulting in a brand new transfer starting at 0%, killed it

Expected behavior

Be able to resume transfers if the:

• interactive command crashes or is killed
• the local mega service/server dies or is killed
• system is rebooted/crash

NOTE:
I believe that the users for the command line would expect to have the ability to resume any kind of transfers especially large ones.

Actual behavior

As per steps could not resume the transfer
