Cloud Drive stopped working on Pale Moon browser #99
Comments
Thanks for the report, please try the following: Open the hamburger menu in the top-right side of the page and while holding down the ctrl-key do click on "Reload your account" If that does not resolves the issue, please go here to activate debugging logs: https://mega.nz/debug!fm Then open the web-console using ctrl+shift+I and wait until no more messages are printed, then right-click and save/export the messages into a file and send it to support@mega.nz with a link to this ticket. Thanks, and sorry for the inconvenience. |
Thank you. Reloading the account does not solve it. After clicking on your debug link though, all files/folders are shown correctly (only after following the link). However, a new problem now appears: MEGA failed to load because Filename: dbfetchfm Exception: Error: Error: indexedDB corruption! I will contact support. |
This change occurred recently, a few weeks at most. No files will appear on the Cloud Drive website. A few folders will appear, but there are no contents inside.
The browser warns that it is blocking mixed active content.
Windows 10 21H2, Pale Moon 29.4.4 64-bit, and MEGAsync 4.6.1 (which is probably not relevant here). Not using MEGA-related extensions.
