GDB: entire window freezes while debugging

Whenever melonDS pauses for debugging, the window freezes; menus will no longer open and the app will not exit or respond to anything except by either force killing (killall melonDS -9) or by continuing in GDB. This especially can cause problems when "break on start" is enabled as GDB is not connected and melonDS immediately freezes on startup.
