I have found what appears to be a regression from melonDS 0.9.5, where if the DPI scaling percentage isn't 100%, the emulator's "Screen Size" options scale the emulator's screens incorrectly, causing uneven pixels.
I have included screenshots with scaling at 125% and up to 2x scale and Full Screen with "Force Integer Scale" set to ON, however, it also happens at any other percentage scale and 3x and 4x scale (though at 4x with 125% the pixels are even, I'm guessing because 125*4=500, though the size is still wrong, now being 5x).
