Support ElasticSearch as a mem0 vector store

Add the option to connect to an elasticsearch db for mem0.

Motivation, pitch

ElasticSeach has ample vector search support it would be great if we don't have to start up a new production db like qdrant just to use mem0 since we are already using ElasticSearch.

I would like to work on this one.
I have no past contributions on any open source projects, but I have worked as a Python developer on an IfC product and I was in charge of DB integrations, so this seems a good fit for me, thanks in advance.
