Exercise: Incident report

Each participant should research and produce a report about one of the following incidents:

  • Cayman National Bank hack
  • Equifax data breach
  • Logica leak

The report should describe (to the extent known) what happend, which flaws were exploited, suspected perpetrators and incident aftermath. 777 words or more, remember to cite sources!
