Loading Pico Models

Pico's models are saved in a non-standard way that just involves piping down binary data. This is very difficult to load back into Python. It would be good it Pico actually piped down a C-struct that we could wrap in Python and just pass it around. This would also massively clean up the frontal face detector code.
