[Feature Request]: Add table-like list of NeighborInfo data (in separate window)

I'm thinking something along the lines of having a new menu item you can select that shows a list of all reported NeighborInfo lists with collapseable parent nodes, similar to the following format:

(created in a spreadsheet just for visual aid, format it in a way that makes sense to you)

A separate window might be an additional ask, might be worth separating the two. Either way, the UI of the separate window would require the same UI work. Don't need to modify the issue, but might be cool to have any of the tabs be able to be opened in a new window
