[Feature Request]: Add runtime ability to change node purge timeout value

Currently purge timeout is 15 minutes; At the very least I'd like to bump that to 32 minutes since NeighborInfo may have a lost packet on marginal connections and this allows for 1 lost packet before dropping the map link.

If you want to be super fancy, can you add a configurable setting to change the timeout?

In addition, for network load tuning some folks may wish to set NeighborInfo broadcasts to much longer intervals, and having the ability to accommodate that in this client would be useful.
