Describe the bug
The subgraph 'Balancer V2 Ethereum' is stuck.

Reproduction
The dashboard (https://thegraph.com/explorer/subgraphs/794H6CNzdGF5YfBK9nPsUgGn7EBbdJSCTjgcKPEPyFnn?v=2&view=Query&chain=arbitrum-one ) give te following informations:

Blocks behind  3 408 847 blocks
Progress 83%
Current Block #17670216
Final Block #21079063

Expected behavior
The indexing should still going on.

Additional context
The previous fix (#2574) has allowed to overcome an issue at block # 17654805 but it failed again at block # 17670216.
