Can't download LLaMa3.2-vision through ollama

I'm using ollama 0.3.12
As I read on official site, I can download LLaMa3.2-vision with
ollama run llama3.2-vision:11b

But when I try to run, I'm getting
Error: pull model manifest: file does not exist
Am I doing something wrong?

You're probably in Europe like me :/
Can't download it due to Meta license and EU laws.

I've tried with Mullvad and Nordvpn to no avail :(

Next step: I'll see if I can pull it from a VM in US, copy the models manually and then transfer them: although it will cost me some money for the VM and the data egress.
