Hello !

I have yet to run metaDMG, but I was particularly interested in the separation of 'ancient' and 'present' DNA. In the paper, you wrote 'allows for the separation of highly damaged reads from undamaged reads', but the output seems to be a csv file. So the output is more like a classification, with headers and class ? There is not description of this output.
