部分封面使用的裁剪的封面，而没有使用现成的封面

有些影片默认刮削出来，封面是缩略图裁剪的，实际手动可以搜到真正的封面，如下图：

第一个就是是默认刮削出来的封面，第二个明显效果好些。这样的只能手动更改吗，刮削时能自动选最优的吗

目前没有想到一个好的算法能用来判断哪个图适合做封面，哪怕是第二张图，也很难判断他到底是不是封面图。

所以目前只能手选了。
