Network Error : ETIMEDOUT

After running the meteor-down for around 90 seconds, I get this error:

Network error: wss://XXX:443/websocket: connect ETIMEDOUT

Has anyone ran into anything similar ?

it seems like a network error. Also possible if the load testing server is having CPU issues.
If it got enough load.

Did you find out a workaround ?

EDIT: got it working with updating npm to the latest version, and using server IP address and port explicitly, like this : XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX:443, not the URL
