Not given Meteor.apply method defination

Hello,

Meteor.call is just supporting the separate arguments set it is not supporting that array of arguments.

I am getting array of arguments from my scenario file and i can't convert that params to separate arguments so just one option for me that i use Meteor.apply that is supporting that array of arguments so please give definition of Meteor.apply.

Please accept and merge that pull request by @convexset so all other person can solve his issue
