meteord hangs after Meteor installation #91

I have no idea why, but without changing anything, meteord hangs after Meteor has been installed. I haven't actually changed much, and I don't think it's a problem with my app; I can build it using meteor build.

It might be the same as this bug: meteor/meteor#7090
