Activity type code

The code list of the activity_type has for example: "In Situ Land-based station(Land station) (Field Experiment)", the skos vocabulary defines "Land station" and "Field Experiment" as altLabel for "In Situ Land-based station" which is the preferred label. Does it mean that the code in parenthesis in the documentation can be used as well and indexed as valid fields for activity_type?

This is legacy information. I think it is time to clean this a bit, but we should also recheck some existing vocabularies for this purpose. WIGOS has some relevant vocabularies, but lack some we need. I will check a bit more and follow up on this.
