type properties of :int type ignored for int? type

It was unexpected behavior for me after reading the documentation. I had a preference for using the predicate version of types from clojure.core, but got bitten by the fact that the properties :min and :max were ignored:

> (m/validate [int? {:min 1 :max 12}] 14)
true
> (m/validate [:int {:min 1 :max 12}] 14)
false
