Support role icons #594
Description
Ref to #588
property for role icon is "icon" and it's value as data string image/png base64.
Emojis can be used to but the emojis needs to be translated into a base64 string too.
Idk why but Discord 🤷♀️

It is not documented till yet. But will be soon.
Requirements for role icons:
