While playing Fire Emblem Sacred Stones I've had a persistent issue where seemingly at random the directional input gets stuck and my cursor goes to one end of the screen. Pressing the input again gets it unstuck but it happens very frequently. I checked that it wasn't confusing my keyboard with a controller and I tried reinstalling. I'm using version 0.10.3 and I'm on windows 11. I included a bug report file if that helps.

I'm not familiar with mgba's input code, but if its somehow using the device notifier system to track input and audio device changes, not limiting it to those device types can cause anything updating in the device tree to delay or stick inputs.

Quite a common issue with japanese video games, such as Elden ring and FFXIV, where the controller may drop off or get stuck in a given direction whenever the microsoft xbox vxdd images remount after a license check.
