Angular 1.2.14 breaks tooltip and popover: "hanging" bug

Tooltip and Popover components leave itself hanging on position 0,0 after you repeatedly and quickly mouse in and out, before the last popover is hidden (when the data-container="body" and data-trigger="hover").

You can see the bug here, moving the mouse over the button quickly several times:

It's a known issue with ngAnimate that I have reported: see angular/angular.js#6592

Let's hope it get's fixed before 1.3.0 ships, otherwise we will have to look for some (probably hacky) workarounds.
