This is an issue to track a reproducibility/determinism bug in GerryChain Julia. Sometime between August 25th, and early November the CI tests started failing on the same commit (see here and here). This determinism bug affects both Recom and Flip tests, so this should be fixed before we (finally) make a new release.

This issue is also affecting the merging of #123 and #122.
