Is there any efficient way (similar to the read.transaction() in arules package) that read a large rating csv file to a realratingmatrix object?

The real rating matrix contains a sparse matrix from package Matrix. I have not had time to write a read function for that. If you can implement one then I would be very happy to include it in the package.
