Instead of 'Unsaved changes: [w]rite, [s]kip, [b]reak ' wouldn't 'Unsaved changes. Force quit? [y]es, [n]o, [c]ancel' be more natural?
EDIT:
Now that I think about it, that would be ambiguous. The reason I started this issue is that I don't find [b]reak and [s]kip intuitive. Pressing y and n is commonly used in prompts but the only unambiguous prompt that could be answered with yes/no/cancel I can think of is Unsaved changes. Save before quitting? [y]es, [n]o, [c]ancel. Then again, this would require the user to actually read the prompt whereas most users just glance over the options, so maybe something like Unsaved changes: [w]rite and quit, [q]uit anyway, [c]ancel would be better?
