Pidgin opens certain windows on the wrong workspace #3

On 8cb622a do the following:

  • open pidgin (buddy list) on workspace 1
  • move buddy list to workspace 9 (or whatever)
  • open Buddies -> Join A Chat (Ctrl-C)
  • notice how the window is opened on ws 1 (instead of 9)
