Empty INSTRUCTOR.md

Hi, in exercise07 folder there's an INSTRUCTOR.md file which is supposed to contain the Ansible tower url and a few more things. It seems to be empty though.

I think the AAP Operator installation yaml also needs a bit of an update. The awx-resource-operator is not installing likely it's been renamed.
My AAP subscription from the operatorhub shows:
