[Feature Request] option to hide anime/foreign shows or movies

I am currently trying to get my parents to use showly as a way to request content on my media server by adding stuff they want to watch to a list. However, they really don't want to see all the anime or foreign content that gets recommended quite regularly with trakt. It'd be extremely helpful if showly could hide these
