records on alternate call.

hello, i found one interesting issue. i use IE 11, Firefox and safari browser. now what things happen is at time of recording its records voice for first time. now i stop and again press record button nothing is recorder (only noise). now when i click third time on record button it works fine. but fourth time again it records nothing. i am very frustrated with this issue. its record on alternate base.

Please Help me out what is happening here.
(Works fine in Chrome only)
