Parsing errors with 3.8.* webpack version #6

Looks like structure changed of stat json file. We need to account for that.
Ideally, we should create parsers per webpack versions or ranges of versions.

It would be also great to write integration tests which will test various use cases against webpack configs.

Seems to work fine with 3.8.1
