Like the title says, when using the dominant color for the window dots indicator, the dots hide.
I'm using v96 on Gnome 47 (arch just released v47 to the stable channels).
I was able to quite easily and consistently able to reproduce this issue.
Steps:
Go to the extension's settings
Go to "Appearance"
On "Customize windows counter indicators", select "Dots"
When "Dots" is selected, go to the indicator's settings
I don't know if there are any helpful logs that I can share, but, if so, please do let me know. Happy to help!

Like the title says, when using the dominant color for the window dots indicator, the dots hide.
