"Last visited" breadcrumb shows both pages after renaming #229

After rename a pagename through the plug-in, it shows the new and old URL at the "Last visited" section of breadcrumb. It would be great if the plug-in could also reflect the move change to the "Last visited" section of the breadcrumb.
