[Feature Request] Schematic Shelf #838

Feature description

A new shelf functional block that stores either 6 or 9 schematics, kinda like the chiseled bookshelves from 1.20.

How it improves the player experience

It allows players to store their collected schematics in the walls of their houses instead of piling them up next to their workbenches.

Tetra synergies

It makes the use of schematics more visually appealing (personally).
