After turning a vanilla pickaxe into a Tetra pickaxe, its mining speed is decreased to below that of a wooden pickaxe. All Tetra tools are the same speed regardless of their materials.
Expected behaviour
A Tetra tool mining at the same speed as an equivalent vanilla tool.
Steps to reproduce
Place a vanilla pickaxe in workbench
Repair a module to turn it into a Tetra pickaxe
Attempt to mine a block
See error - The Tetra tool is the correct harvest tier (a diamond Tetra pick can mine obsidian), but mines at the same slow speed regardless of materials
I've had this exact issue. After removing some mods i found that Inventorio would break it for me. No clue why it does it, If you've found a way to fix it i'd appreciate it if you shared the info.
Edit: So it's not just Inventorio alone that slows down the tools. It's specifically when you have the Toolbelt functionality turned off in the config. Something about that confuses the tetra tools and makes it resort to mining at fist speed. Well i think so, anyway.
