Realized that the option to "slingload" still exist on locked vehicles.

Would it be possible to disable slingloading while locked?
Im guessing this ( https://community.bistudio.com/wiki/enableRopeAttach ) is what is needed for disabling/enabling the feature but unfortunatley i have a hard time figuring out where to set it, i have messed with misc_functions around line 34-39 but didn't get it to work.

Also, what would be needed to get that to save?
