Feature request for v3

Go Micro is generally separating itself from Micro. In v3 Go Micro will be primarily standalone. Most people using Go Micro rarely used Micro itself or found the experience to be too complex. We want to simply have Go Micro focus on development and pluggability, leaving the surrounding platform stuff to other things.

I'm looking for Go Micro v3 feature requests. Primarily things to remove, and then moving into things to add. We need to cleanup Go Micro so it becomes an industry standard framework for creating distributed systems.
