UnifiedNlp is not registered in system on nougat caf-based

I am using nougat caf based rom (Citrus-CAF) that has been already applied signature spoofing patch and also unifiednlp patch from microg official page.
I have installed GmsCore and UnifiedNlp in /system/priv-app but unifiednlp still can't be checked in registered in system box even after I rebooted my device for many times.
Tried unofficial installer from @ale5000-git still got no luck.

If you post a copy of /system/framework/framework-res.apk I can see why it doesn't bind.

PS: GmsCore already contains UnifiedNlp, so installing both of them can only cause problems.

Btw, what made me confused is when I built rom based on aosp like aex, pure nexus, viperOS, unifiednlp can bind with system, but if I built caf based rom, I tried many ways, unifiednlp still did not bind with system..
PS: All patches were already applied in fwb..

@GrazieMaldini: It seems fine, unfortunately I don't know why it doesn't work in your case.

For me its also not working. Im on Aospa Extended. App is in system/priv-app and every permission given. Location wont get ticked.

I have released a new version of microG unofficial installer that fix a lot of problems.
I'm not sure if it fix your problems but it is worth trying.
