After cloning the repo running npm install fails with "No matching version found for @microsoft/sp-webpart-workbench@1.14.0"

That module is listed as dev-dependy in package.json but it does not exist for SPFx > 1.12

Remove the dependency :)

I did that of course, but I think that should be done here in the repository as well.

By the way, the extension is not loaded for me and none of the examples work. No matter if I compile it myself or download release 1.1.1 here. I'm still investigating if it can be a problem with our tenants or if the solution is actually not working anymore. If necessary I will create another issue.
