Links are broken

I identified some URLs that seem to be broken.

• From within https://microsoft.github.io/AI-For-Beginners/ :

• https://microsoft.github.io/AI-For-Beginners/etc/how-to-run

• From within https://microsoft.github.io/AI-For-Beginners/lessons/1-Intro/README.md :

• https://microsoft.github.io/AI-For-Beginners/lessons/1-Intro/assignment

Those are the ones I identified so far :)

Correction: Links aren't broken: They just don't work if I try to open them in a new tab. Is there a way to fix that?

Hi, there should be issue in markdown doc. I corrected the how-to-run in #343
