Description

As a TRE Developer
I want to detect failed requests and create a new status (called failed) and move these requests to the new state
So that researchers can see the request failed

Acceptance criteria

  • if data copy failed the request should be in failed state
  • if validations such as number of files in container, which cannot be checked within the api, the request should be in failed state
