Provide option to connect data disk to Linux VM

Description

As a Researcher
I want to have access to a secondary data disk space in Linux VM
So that I could store data in the VM for faster processing

Acceptance criteria

• Linux VM template includes an option to create 1 data disk
• The user is able to choose the size of the data disk
• The disk is auto-mounted to the VM, formatted and ready for use without manual steps by the researcher
• The disk is available after restarts
• Downsizing the disk does not prevent the machine form working (this operation may fail, which is acceptable)
