Describe the bugs

Loading samples and have default errors - setting Allow interruptions to be true solves the issue.
This issue exists in AskingQuestionsSample, ControllingConversationFlowSample, and ActionSample.

Expected behavior

Should not show default errors when loading a sample bot.

@hibrenda and I found this issue when she was showing me how to use the dynamic choice prompt of Composer last week. The new feature has been added to this doc.
