Describe the bug

When you have multiple transcripts and you scroll the "Choose a location" scrolls with the list

To Reproduce

  1. Connect to folder with lots of transcripts
  2. Scroll, The "Choose a transcript location' scrolls with the content.

Expected behavior

"Choose a location should be outside of the list
