Add support for the Action.Execute command and various flows, including the action/execute invoke and auth flows.

OBI spec is here: microsoft/botframework-obi#128

Hacked up webchat that can do AC 1.4 cards: https://github.com/clearab/CateringDemo

Is this still being considered? My team would love to be able to test our cards with Action.Execute actions.

Bumping this, why does the BotFrameworkEmulator not support adaptive cards 1.4?
