Purpose

This pull request introduces version requirements for the Azure Developer CLI (azd) to ensure compatibility and consistency across the project. The most important changes include specifying the minimum required version in the configuration file and updating the documentation to reflect this requirement.

Version requirement updates:

  • azure.yaml: Added a requiredVersions field specifying that azd must be version >= 1.15.0.
  • docs/DeploymentGuide.md: Updated the Azure Developer CLI (azd) entry to indicate that version 1.15.0+ is required.
