CNTK 1bit SGD License

We offer two licensing options for Microsoft 1-bit Stochastic Gradient Descent for the Microsoft Cognitive Toolkit (CNTK 1bit-SGD):

CNTK 1bit-SGD General License
This license is applicable to any organization or user and explains the rights of usage of CNTK 1bit-SGD including the scenarios of commercial applications and services. This license does not provide any rights for the modification of CNTK 1bit-SGD. If you and/or your organization would like to contribute to CNTK 1bit-SGD, please use CNTK 1bit-SGD Non-Commercial Usage License (see below).

CNTK 1bit-SGD Non-Commercial Usage License
This license is valid for Non-Commercial usage of CNTK only. It provides more flexible usage rights, and specifies the Terms for contributing to CNTK 1bit-SGD part.
