when i download model using
wget https://xiyang.blob.core.windows.net/public/dyhead_swint_atss_fpn_2x_ms.pth
then

Connecting to xiyang.blob.core.windows.net (xiyang.blob.core.windows.net)|20.150.34.4|:443... connected.
HTTP request sent, awaiting response... 409 Public access is not permitted on this storage account.
2024-07-03 10:14:10 ERROR 409: Public access is not permitted on this storage account..
