started facing failed execution (post processing error) for all the MIM WAL PowerShell activity workflows post system patching:

Could not load file or assembly 'System.Management.Automation, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

System details :
.net framework version - 4.0.0
.net version - v4.0.30319
OS version - windows server 2019
MIM WAL version : 2.20.0723
