EXOTransportRules - LastModifiedBy Parameter

Description of the issue

We need the LastModifiedBy Parameter(in taking snaphots for report generation) for EXOTransportRule which shows which account ID has made the last changes. This is very much important as part of our Monitoring.

The name of the parameters looks like this is going to be a read-only property. Within M365DSC we are only exposing parameters that support all read, create and update operations - This will allow the DSC Engine to correct a drift of your configuration.

The Set-TransportRule cmdLet does not support this param: TransportRule

I would implement an alert for detected drifts of this resource and pull the information on-demand.
